About the Kensington Area

Mothers' Union members come together for regular meetings combining a balanced mixture of secular and religious themes and have speakers on a wide range of topics. We also celebrate Communion together, and pray together. Events on a Deanery basis are also organized, and we share a quiet evening (some would say that is the hardest part for us!), a Lady Day Service and an evening Supper.

Members contribute to the life, community, worship and running of their churches. We also try to make a difference to peoples’ lives by: knitting hats for premature babies in hospital, supplying household items for people restarting life with the help of the Charity Furnish, send Christmas cards to those in prison, and help struggling families have a day out or holiday.

Our interests are many and varied, there is something for everyone and we extend the love and friendship of Christ to all.
